Asedow celebrated St. Patrick's Day

Despite the rain we made the most of the evening. According to the Irish tradition, all of us wore something green, walked to enjoy the nature, and drunk beer and other drinks to warm up.

In the bar, our hostess Biddy was explaining to us the difference between the triangle shape of the shamrock, which is the Ireland flower, and the clover. Althought, not only was that what we could learn, because the pub quiz she had organized was focused on the Irish culture, two rounds with ten question for four teams, and chocolates for the winners who shared them with the rest of the group very kindly.

In the end Biddy passed us the lyrics of some traditional songs, and we tried to follow her singing. We must say that the rain was not our fault because it was already raining, although it can't be said that our voices sounded like birds . After the Irish tunes some people left and the others went on chatting.

That was all, a nice evening with lovely people…..
And talking about the rest of the members of the association, well, you might know how much we all missed you. Maybe next year we can enjoy the beautiful weather also, so let's go and join us!

Best,

Encarna
